323 Staffing Solutions is a Kentucky based staffing agency with 10 locations accross 3 states. We partner with local and regional employers to connect several thousand people with great work each year . We are seeking a high-energy, ethical, and detail-focused Staffing Recruiter to join our Hopkinsville office. Being a "people person" with strong communication skills (verbal and written) is required for success in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Represent 323 Staffing Solutions with energy, integrity, and a strong service mindset
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using structured, well-run processes
- Schedule interviews and calls efficiently—keeping candidates engaged and informed
- Manage candidate records and job postings in recruiting/applicant tracking systems
- Confirm new hires and keep hiring steps moving from start to finish
- Deliver prompt candidate updates via phone and email (excellent follow-up is essential)
- Track recruiting activity and provide clear status updates internally and/or to clients
- Identify ways to improve scheduling flow and the overall candidate experience
- Manage applicant tracking processes for assigned client accounts
- Track attendance and hours worked for a specific client, as needed
- Support onboarding steps for new hires and assist with new client onboarding processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future openings
- Jump in on additional recruiting/HR support/admin/clerical tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and urgency
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean criminal background
Preferred
- Recruiting, staffing, or applicant tracking experience
Schedule & Pay
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (some flexibility required)
- Pay: Negotiable based on experience
