Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections & Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Collierville, TN. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience handling collections and account management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, resolving account issues, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances while delivering exceptional customer service.

Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members via phone, email, and written correspondence.

Investigate and resolve billing issues, payment disputes, and account discrepancies.

Maintain accurate customer account records and thoroughly document all account activity.

Follow up consistently on outstanding balances and work toward prompt resolution of accounts.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and company software systems to track accounts and manage collections activities.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently.

Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Minimum of 1 year of collections and customer service experience required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to remain persistent, organized, and professional when managing outstanding accounts.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other computer software applications.

High School Diploma or GED required.
