Job Overview
The Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all plumbing operations for a residential subdivision project from underground to final inspection. This role ensures the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with local codes and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases: underground, rough in (top out), and final trim
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing subcontractors and team members to maintain productivity and safety on site.
- Maintain production schedules aligned with builders timelines
- Supervise subcontractor crews
- Schedule inspections and ensure pass on first attemp
- Provide weekly progress reports (units completed, inspections passed, delays)
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing subdivisions or multi-home projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and inspections
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
