Amisto is a modern Mexican restaurant opening this October in downtown Madison. From the team behind RED, Jacknife, and Public Parking, we're building a restaurant focused on great food, handcrafted cocktails, genuine hospitality, and an exceptional guest experience.
We're looking for passionate Bartenders who love creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional drinks and warm hospitality. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your craft, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe standards
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to bar and dining room guests
- Maintain knowledge of our food, cocktail, tequila, mezcal, wine, and beer menus
- Accurately enter orders and process payments
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
- Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and side work
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For
- Passion for hospitality and craft cocktails
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a desire to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- High-volume restaurant experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, tequila, mezcal, wine, and beer
