You'll be the first person our customers meet when they walk into our showroom, helping create an exceptional first impression while supporting our sales, marketing, and office teams.
What You'll Do
Every day is a little different! Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome clients into our showroom with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member
- Assist customers with basic showroom products and displays
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with our sales team
- Manage CRM updates and customer information
- Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Support marketing with social media, mailers, and promotional projects
- Package and mail customer appreciation gifts and promotional items
- Coordinate inventory orders and office supplies
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments
- Deliver marketing materials throughout Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort,and surrounding communities

Qualifications
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry packages when needed
- Local to Bluffton, Hilton Head, or surrounding areas preferred
Schedule
- Part-Time Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. One hour for lunch.
