Responsibilities:-
Lead and motivate a team of housekeepers to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Develop and manage daily cleaning schedules to ensure all rooms and common areas are serviced efficiently.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

Train new housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the team has the necessary tools to perform their duties.

Implement and uphold safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members and guests alike.

Leadership & Delegation: Ability to manage and motivate a team of 10-15 housekeepers while holding them accountable.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient room turnover and handle unexpected scheduling emergencies.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and frequently lift or carry items.
