About the Role
As a Bridge Construction Supervisor, you will lead field operations to ensure structural integrity and project efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in bridge infrastructure and team management to oversee complex site logistics and drive high-quality project outcomes.
Responsibilities-
Direct daily field activities to ensure all bridge construction projects are completed safely and within established timelines.

Coordinate logistics for materials, heavy equipment, and sub-contractor workflows to maintain seamless project progression.

Manage site compliance and quality control inspections to meet rigorous engineering and safety standards.

Provide mentorship and leadership to field crews, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of professional growth.

Optimize project scheduling and resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize operational downtime.

Oversee the implementation of safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on-site.
Qualifications-
5-7 years of progressive experience in heavy civil or bridge construction.

Proven track record in a leadership role such as Foreman or Superintendent.

Current OSHA 10 certification.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Advanced knowledge of structural concrete and steel bridge components.

Experience managing multi-disciplinary sub-contractor teams.

Proficiency in construction scheduling software and project documentation.
