Position Summary
We are looking for friendly, reliable Cashiers to join our team. Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent guest service while accurately processing in-person, phone, and online orders. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders at the counter and enter them into the POS system
- Answer phone calls and accurately take phone orders
- Monitor and process incoming online orders and ensure they are entered and prepared correctly
- Process payments (cash, credit cards, and digital payments)
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations to guests
- Package and organize takeout, phone, and online orders for pickup
- Ensure guests receive accurate orders
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and pickup area
- Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time
- Follow restaurant procedures and food safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required

- Day, evening, and weekend shifts may be required
