Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care, including assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with medication management and administration
- Assist with continence care and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized resident care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
- Participate in professional development and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge
