About this Role:
Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Compliance Coordinator to support our Internal Operations team by managing licensing, bonding, insurance, and contract compliance activities across EPC and infrastructure projects. This role plays a critical part in helping ensure projects remain compliant, organized, and fully supported throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, construction industry compliance experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Support administration of prime contract documentation including licensing, bonding, insurance, and compliance requirements across active projects
- Coordinate and maintain corporate general contractor, general engineering, and related business licenses and registrations across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist project teams with obtaining and maintaining required state, county, municipal, and local business licenses and permits
- Request, track, and maintain certificates of insurance (COIs), bonds, endorsements, and related compliance documentation for projects, subcontractors, and vendors
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders to anticipate and support project compliance needs
- Monitor renewal dates, deadlines, expirations, and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and timely submissions
- Maintain accurate tracking systems, databases, and documentation related to licensing, insurance, bonding, and compliance activities
- Support project closeout processes including lien releases, warranties, substantial completion documentation, final completion records, bond closeouts, and project file archiving
- Assist in identifying and communicating compliance-related risks, deficiencies, or concerns to appropriate stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance tracking, documentation management, and operational procedures
- Adhere to company standards, internal policies, and project-specific compliance requirements
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams as needed
- Employee may be required to visit job sites, field offices, and customer locations
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in contracts administration, compliance, licensing, insurance, bonding, or risk management functions within construction, EPC, industrial, or service-related industries
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and support resolution efforts
- Customer-service-oriented approach with a professional, collaborative attitude
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
- Working knowledge of construction compliance, licensing, insurance, bonding, or risk management processes preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and document management systems
Preferred Experience

Experience supporting EPC, construction management, utility, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with contractor licensing requirements across multiple states or jurisdictions
- Experience managing subcontractor compliance documentation and insurance tracking
- Knowledge of lien waivers, closeout documentation, and contract administration processes
