Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry Level Car Detailer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and enhancing the appearance of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our dealership’s high standards. This is a paid position perfect for individuals eager to start a career in automotive detailing and customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, vacuuming, and interior detailing to achieve a spotless finish
- Use buffing tools and techniques to restore vehicle paint and enhance shine
- Clean windows, mirrors, tires, wheels, and other vehicle surfaces with precision
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, floor cleaning, and maintaining the cleanliness of the detail bays
- Support vehicle preparation by apply Interior products or protective coatings as needed (training provided)
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace while adhering to dealership safety protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, custodial work, janitorial roles, or car wash services is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of vehicle cleaning techniques and detailing tools
- Ability to operate driving equipment such as cars or trucks (valid driver’s license required)
- Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Willingness to learn new skills like buffing, ceramic coatings, and advanced cleaning methods
- Good communication skills and dependable work ethic
