Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Laser Technician and Medical Assistant to join our innovative dermatology and aesthetic team. In this role, you will deliver radio frequency and laser treatments and assist with various medical procedures, ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction. Your main role would be as a medical assistant - rooming patients, collecting information, taking notes on the Emr and assisting with surgical procedures. Your enthusiasm for beauty, wellness, and technology will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment. Responsibilities
- Perform esthetic laser treatments including skin rejuvenation, and other laser-based procedures with precision and care.
- Assist medical providers during medical and cosmetic visits
- Ensure strict sanitation and sterilization protocols are followed to uphold safety standards across all treatments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, explaining procedures clearly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support the team with retail sales of skincare products, tools, and treatment packages to boost client satisfaction and clinic revenue.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a medical office as an ma or as a laser tech is preferred
- Certification or training in esthetic laser treatments; prior experience with laser devices is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clients.
- Commitment to sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
