Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records of guest information
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure seamless guest services.
- Perform night audit duties as requires, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns regarding room conditions.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in hospitality software systems is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effecting interaction with guests.
