We are looking to add a licensed insurance customer service representative to the team. The chosen candidate will have an active Property and Casualty insurance license, will act as a liaison for the agency, manage the customer experience, manage phone calls, and assist colleagues in their roles. The best candidate is genuinely excited to help customers, is empathetic, an effective communicator, and is eager to grow within their role. We seek candidates who are self-motivated, do what they say and comes to work with a cheerful and positive attitude. Confidence and personal responsibility are very important.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
- Build relationships and trust with customers and service agents through interactive communication
- Meet service/sale targets
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customers’ accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Assist colleagues as requested
- Handle and find resolution to any insurance concerns a policy holder may have

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
