House Cleaner – Immediate Start (Richmond Area)
$15–$16/hr + Bonus | Weekdays Only | No Nights or Weekends
We are hiring reliable house cleaners for homes in Henrico & Chesterfield County.
This is a steady, weekday position with paid mileage, PTO, and a clear raise path.

We are only interviewing applicants who are ready to work and can attend a short interview within 24–48 hours.
Pay & Schedule (read first)
- Starting pay: $15/hr
- Raise to $16/hr after 30 days (based on performance & attendance)
- $100 bonus after 30 days
- 30–35 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- No nights. No weekends.
- Paid mileage
- 401(k)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential homes to company standards
- Traveling to customers’ homes (you must have a car)
- Working independently or with a teammate
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
Requirements (non-negotiable)
- Reliable car + valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving to customer homes with equipment
- Dependable attendance and attention to detail
- Must pass a criminal background check
