Ariano Beauty Spa is a brand new boutique nail, lash, brow & wax spa in the heart of Edgewater, at the crossroads of Wynwood and Midtown. We are building our growing our team of nail technicians — this is a ground floor opportunity to grow with us from day one.
We are looking for passionate, skilled and energetic Nail Technician who take pride in their craft and are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services that leave clients feeling pampered, confident, and beautiful. Your expertise in nail artistry, combined with your passion for customer service, will help create a welcoming environment where clients return time and again. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic salon setting while helping clients achieve their perfect look.

Duties
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments, including gel manicures and nail extensions, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Apply acrylic nails with precision, utilizing knowledge of color theory to create stunning designs tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their nail care needs, offer advice on nail health, and upsell retail products or additional services.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry standards to provide innovative and trendy services.
- Manage retail sales efficiently using retail math skills to promote products that complement nail treatments.
Requirements
- Valid Florida cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry, specifically in nail care services such as gel manicures, acrylic application, and nail extensions.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to perform detailed work with precision while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.
- Retail sales experience and upselling skills to enhance client experience and increase revenue.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation to thrive in a fast-paced salon environment.

Pay: $25.29 - $30.45 per hour
