Braman Motorcars is the leading luxury and performance automobile dealership located in West Palm Beach, Florida. We have an immediate opportunity for a
full time Sales Receptionist/Assistant in our Bentley/Rolls Royce dealership. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience as well as be professional, responsible, detail orientated and thrive in a fast- paced environment.
The following are the essential functions of a Sales Assistant at Braman Motorcars:
- Must have understanding of dealership and manufacturer sales processes.
- Entering stock of new inventory
- Must have good communication skills and ability to handle customer situations and/or complaints.
- Must be able to master the CRM system for seamless utilization during conversation with clients.
- Must be able to coordinate and effectively communicate information to salespeople and management
- May need to walk with a customer to another part of the showroom or inventory lot
- Must have proficient knowledge of word and excel and be able to monitor and produce reports.
- Job requires recordkeeping of a customer log
- Proficiency in the dealer trade process required
- Must be properly groomed, professional in presentation and in compliance with Dealership dress code.
- Must have product knowledge of vehicles sold by the Dealership.
- Hours of work are as follows: flexibility with Monday - Thursday from 8am - 8pm, Fridays, 8am - 7pm, Saturdays, 8am - 6pm and Sundays, 11am - 5pm. 40 hour work week.
- Job requires sitting at a desk, working on a computer and answering busy telephone lines
- Other duties as required.
- Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
