Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment, ensuring the repair of the whole machine. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostics tools and techniques and common sense.
- Perform repairs on diesel engines, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand equipment layouts and functions.
- Conduct Hydraulic repair
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools for various mechanical tasks.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Experience in diesel engine repair is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is beneficial.
- Solid background in euipment diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Understanding of Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics: 3 years (Required)
- Small engine repair: 3 years (Required)
- Diesel Engine Repair,: 1 year (Required)
