FLY Dance Fitness is coming to Roswell, and we’re looking for a high-energy, engaging, and upbeat Weight Training Instructor to lead our 1-hour Sculpt classes!
If you love leading strength training—whether through rhythm-based lifting or dynamic circuits—and know how to create an uplifting, supportive atmosphere where clients can let loose and get strong, we want you on our opening team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Dynamic Classes: Conduct high-energy, 1-hour Sculpt classes focusing on strength, toning, and endurance set to loud music and low lights.
- Program & Adapt: Design structured weight-training or circuit workouts that cater safely to multiple fitness levels.
- Ensure Client Safety: Demonstrate proper body mechanics, monitor form, and offer modifications so every client feels confident.
- Build Community: Motivate participants, connect with clients before/after class, and keep the vibe fun, inclusive, and welcoming.
You’ll Be Great at This If You...
- Possess incredible energy, presence, and a genuine passion for group fitness.
- Have a strong understanding of body mechanics, exercise physiology, and proper form.
- Have experience in group fitness, personal training, HIIT, or circuit design (highly desirable).
- Are a supportive, upbeat communicator who loves cheering others on.
Certification Requirement
- Safety First: Current CPR/AED certification is required.
- Nationally recognized Group Fitness or Personal Training certification is required.
- Provisional Hiring Option: If you have the natural talent, rhythm, and drive but aren't certified yet, we are willing to hire you provisionally. You can complete your onboarding and begin training on the condition that you obtain an approved certification within your first 60 days.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
