Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and shift supervision
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure cash handling accuracy and store security procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Basic math and computer skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
