Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces looking pristine.
- Prepare and cook simple meals or snacks as needed to support household or client needs.
- Manage sanitation procedures by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic cooking skills for preparing light meals or snacks when required.
- Experience with laundry processes and managing household chores efficiently.
