Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton LLC seeks a full-time trustworthy and dependable professional for its Easton, PA office. Must possess a minimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience as a Paralegal supporting attorneys in varied practice areas, specifically a strong background in civil litigation is required; plaintiff and/or defense. Salary is commensurate with experience. Candidate must have experience:
- Minimum one-three (1-3) years as a Paralegal
- Supporting varied law practice areas; particularly in plaintiff and/or defense Litigation
- NJ and PA rules and civil procedures with federal/state court filings
Candidate must possess:
- Competency in legal support duties; i.e., creating blacklines, comparing documents, creating signature pages, inserting attorney comments to draft documents and accurately billing time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook; particularly Word and Excel

In providing legal support services to firm attorneys, the position requires successful execution:
- Composing, preparing, revising and finalizing written documents and correspondence as directed by the attorney
Preparing client intake forms, retainer agreements and electronic filings
- Maintaining attorney files in a consistent and logical manner
Full transcription services – highly skilled in voice and media
- Answering phones in a courteous and professional manner
Scheduling meetings and conference calls
- Opening and forwarding all forms of mail – paper, electronic and voice
- Entering billable time and disbursements
- Faxing and scanning documents
- Managing calendars and contacts
- Researching case histories and general documents/materials for attorneys via Westlaw and/or other requested platforms
