Overview

Duties
- Develop and execute creative viral marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and audience engagement across various social media platforms.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using media editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
- Monitor social media channels using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and social media management platforms to schedule posts, track engagement metrics, and optimize content performance.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform campaign adjustments.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and marketing analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners through proactive communication and strategic outreach efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media content creation, branding techniques, SEO practices, and digital marketing innovations to keep campaigns fresh and impactful.
Skills
- Proven expertise in social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Strong content creation skills with proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), video editing, photography, and proofreading.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles combined with keyword research skills to enhance content visibility.
- Experience with social media analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to monitor performance metrics effectively.
- Ability to craft compelling social media content that aligns with branding goals while engaging target audiences through creative storytelling.
- Knowledge of public relations strategies for managing brand reputation online and offline.
- Familiarity with digital marketing performance monitoring tools including Hootsuite, Buffer, Web analytics platforms, and media performance analytics software.
- Excellent relationship management skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencers, media contacts, and stakeholders.
