QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid Drivers License
- No major violations on DMV record
- Reliable Transportation to work
- Capable of Consistently Lifting 50-100 lbs with stair carries
- Pass a Background Check & Drug Screen
- Clean hygiene, postive demeanor, professional attitude
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
