RN/LPN – Summer School Nursing Opportunity

Payrate: $42/hr
WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and qualified Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide nursing care and support during the summer school session. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in students’ health and well-being in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide health assessments, medication administration, and emergency care for students.

Support student health and safety throughout the school day.

Maintain accurate documentation of care and incidents.

Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive student care.

Requirements

Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the state of New York.

Experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
