What You'll Do
- Clean windows at residential and commercial properties
- Work both indoors and outdoors
- Use ladders and professional window cleaning equipment
- Provide friendly, professional customer service

- Manage your time and work efficiently
- Follow safety procedures and take care of equipment
Who We're Looking For
We can teach you how to clean windows. We're looking for someone who already knows how to show up, work hard, communicate, and take pride in their work.
You should be:
- Dependable and punctual
- Honest and accountable
- Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable working outdoors and using ladders
- Able to take direction and feedback
- Motivated to work efficiently in a performance-based environment
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable with physical work and using ladders
About the Position
This is a full-time seasonal position during our busy window cleaning season, with work expected through approximately October.
For strong performers, there may be an opportunity to continue with our team beyond the season based on performance and business needs.
