Wireless Sales Representative (Retail)
As a Wireless Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in a retail environment to understand their needs, provide knowledgeable product recommendations, and help them find wireless solutions that fit their lifestyle. You’ll assist with product demonstrations, explain wireless plans and services, answer questions, and create a positive customer experience while working toward individual and team sales goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in wireless sales, retail sales, telecommunications, consumer electronics, technology, and customer service. Previous sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required—paid training and ongoing support are provided.
Please Note: This is a fully in-person retail position, This position is not remote, hybrid, work-from-home, or door-to-door sales.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless products and services.
- Explain cell phones, wireless plans, internet services, accessories, features, pricing, and promotions.
- Demonstrate wireless devices and explain product features and benefits.
- Help customers compare available products and service options.
- Assist customers with new activations, upgrades, account changes, and service requests.
- Use consultative sales techniques to identify additional products or services that may benefit customers.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service.
- Answer product and service questions accurately and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns and assist with returns or exchanges according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales transactions and customer information.
- Stay current on wireless technology, telecommunications products, promotions, and industry updates.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional sales floor.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in product training, sales coaching, team meetings, and professional development.
- Support team members and assist with daily retail operations when needed.

Compensation & Benefits
