- Convert 1 Out of 10 New Joins: Industry statistics show that 1 in 10 members want something more than a basic membership, like a personal trainer or fitness coach to help them stay accountable. We must serve the market exactly what they need and sell 1 out of 10 new joins.
What You Will Do: Drive Sales & Growth
- Grow the ministry: Generate gym memberships, personal training packages, and fitness services.
- Welcome every guest: Conduct tours and create an exceptional, welcoming first impression.
- Maximize opportunities: Follow up with leads and convert prospects into long-term members and/or personal training services.
- Inspire next steps: Guide individuals to start and commit to their health journeys.
Create an Amazing Member Experience
- Serve others: Build deep relationships and cultivate a joyful, welcoming environment.
- Provide solutions: Address member concerns quickly, with grace and excellence.
- Foster community: Improve member retention by building a strong, supportive gym family.

Lead & Develop a Winning Team
- Coach and mentor: Motivate and disciple staff to perform at their absolute highest level.
- Train with purpose: Teach team members customer service excellence and sales best practices.

Own Daily Club Operations
- Maintain excellence: Keep the facility clean, organized, and professional at all times.
- Ensure quality: Oversee equipment upkeep and uphold high facility standards.
- Track success: Monitor key performance metrics and sales activity to optimize club growth.
