Terrance A. Smith Distributing is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Production Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, producing, and managing printed point-of-sale materials that support our sales team and retail partners throughout East Central Indiana.

What You'll Do
- Design and produce a variety of printed marketing materials, including banners, posters, shelf strips, price cards, case cards, cooler signage, table tents, and other custom point-of-sale materials.
- Manage signage requests and ensure projects are completed accurately within established production timelines.
- Operate and maintain large-format printers and coordinate service when needed.
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and place orders as needed.
- Organize and manage promotional assets, displays, and point-of-sale materials.
- Maintain and update marketing assets within company software systems.
- Create weekly KPI reports and production metrics for leadership.
- Update digital displays, business cards, employee handbooks, and other internal communication materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, suppliers, and other departments to support promotions, product launches, and company initiatives.
- Assist with inventory management and organization of promotional materials throughout the warehouse.
- Continuously improve processes while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with graphic design and print production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Experience with large-format printing or production equipment is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
