The BHI Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical and operational oversight of the Behavioral Health Integration program. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health services, supervises clinical and care coordination staff, monitors compliance with Medicare and HIPAA requirements, supports quality improvement initiatives, and promotes positive patient outcomes through effective interdisciplinary collaboration.

Preferred Licenses
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with demonstrated leadership, administrative, care management, or supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Behavioral Health, Care Management, Population Health, or Behavioral Health Integration programs.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
