Customer Service Representative
Overview
MVA Experiential LLC is seeking enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent premium and luxury brands at experiential marketing events throughout Los Angeles County. We are looking to hire several individuals who are passionate about creating engaging consumer experiences and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should be outgoing, reliable, and ready to begin work immediately.
Responsibilities
- Represent high-end brands in a professional and positive manner
- Engage with consumers and create memorable brand experiences
- Educate customers about products, services, and brand messaging
- Distribute samples, promotional materials, and product information as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer consumer questions
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Collaborate effectively with event staff, clients, and team members
- Follow all event guidelines, safety procedures, and brand standards
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Outgoing, energetic, and professional personality
- Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
- Previous experience in brand ambassador, promotional marketing, events, hospitality, retail, or customer service roles preferred
- Reliable transportation to event locations throughout Los Angeles County
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds when necessary
- Must be punctual, dependable, and available to start immediately

Pay: From $37.50 per hour
