Whether you’re assisting with food running, cleaning, or supporting kitchen operations, your contribution will be vital in delivering top-quality service to our guests. Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of dishes that meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Support food handling procedures following safety regulations to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
- Buss tables and clear plates efficiently during busy service periods to facilitate smooth dining experiences
- Handle manual lifting tasks safely, including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment, adhering to safe lifting practices
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing when required
- Support food running and serving duties, ensuring guests receive their orders promptly with friendly in-person customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during shifts
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
- Experience with kitchen tasks such as cleaning, bussing, food preparation, and cooking preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Hotel or banquet experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to guest services and teamwork
