Summary
We are seeking a Professional Commercial Cleaner whose work is defined by integrity, reliability, and an exceptional eye for detail. This role involves 30 hours weekly of maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate takes deep pride in their work, treats others with respect and can work independently or with
a team.
The hourly rate begins at $18.00 hourly with earned paid leave, emergency funding access, and tips and bonus options. The position will require staff to arrive between 9:30 am until 4:30 pm Monday-Friday at a location in Downtown Richmond. Location is bus-accessible and parking is available on site.
Work Schedule and Compensation
●Standard Shifts: Monday through Friday, with shifts typically ranging from 6 to 8 hours.
● Full-Time Schedule: All standard full-time hours are completed before 4:45 PM each day.
● Additional Work: Opportunities for additional hours may be available on Saturdays.
Requirements
● Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
● Must be physically able to lift up to 30 lbs (heavy trash bags, backpack vacuum, equipment).
● Must maintain a working smart phone for electronic time tracking and communication (electronic timesheets are mandatory).
● Must maintain an active bank account for direct deposit of wages.
● Prior experience in commercial cleaning is a plus, but a demonstrated alignment with the core character traits listed above is the priority.
