As a Speech Language Pathologist on our Early Intervention team, you'll provide family-centered, play-based services to children ages 0–5, helping them strengthen communication, language, cognitive, and social skills. You'll partner closely with families and caregivers to support growth, confidence, and success in everyday routines.

Must be willing to travel throughout Chester County

Provide services to children ages 0–5 in natural environments schools, home and community
-
Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services that support communication, language, cognitive, and social development

Develop play-based treatment plans and IEPs that encourage meaningful progress
-
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to support the whole child
-
Coach parents and caregivers on strategies that can be incorporated into daily routines
-
Foster independence, confidence, and lifelong learning skills in young children
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Pennsylvania SLP License (or license in process)

Pediatric and/or Early Intervention experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
