The duties of an Entry Level Customer Service Representative are to:
- Provide friendly, in-person support to Jersey City neighborhoods.
- Drive sales of AT&T mobile phones by matching hardware to individual lifestyles.
- Consult with customers on the best residential data plans and fiber solutions.
- Exceed daily outreach targets by building genuine rapport with every visitor.
- Manage the full customer experience, from initial greeting to final technical setup.
- Win over new clients through empathetic listening and personalized service delivery.
- Compete for top honors on the team by achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
