Description
We are hiring a Lead Custodian/Cleaning Associate to join our growing team at Sovereign Commercial Services, Inc. at a client in Palmetto, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at client locations
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate effectively with site contacts and team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience within a commercial cleaning or custodial environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Able to stand, stoop, bend, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time evening positions available
- Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm
- Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour based on experience
