Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Contracts, the Contracts Coordinator supports the efficient and compliant processing of commercial agreements by managing day‑to‑day contract workflows, coordinating internal approvals, and maintaining accurate records. This role serves as a key operational resource within the Compliance function, ensuring templated and routine agreements are executed on time, in accordance with company standards, and with appropriate issue escalation to protect the organization.
Accountabilities:
- Process templated and routine commercial agreements in line with established guidelines and instructions.
- Coordinate internal approvals and signatures, including tracking contract status and following up as needed.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit‑ready contract records in designated systems and repositories.
- Support commercial teams and internal stakeholders by identifying issues, escalating risks, and responding to basic contract and process inquiries.
- Assist with research, template maintenance, and departmental projects to support the contracts and compliance function.

- Accurate and timely processing of contracts
- High quality contract administration and recordkeeping
- Effective issue spotting and escalation
Own:
- Owns the end‑to‑end processing of templated and routine commercial agreements
Influence:
- Supports commercial teams by flagging potential issues or deviations and ensuring they are routed to the appropriate contracts, compliance, or legal owner
Veto:
- Stops processing or execution of agreements that are incomplete, incorrectly templated, or outside approved standards, pending review by a senior role
Critical Relationships:
- Works closely with Compliance, Legal, Sales and Marketing teams
- Provide operational support by coordinating approvals and maintaining visibility into contract status for internal stakeholders
Skills Needed To Be Successful:
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in contract administration, compliance or legal operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple contract workflows, track approvals, and maintain accurate records across systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with process discipline and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication and comfortable with escalation processes.
Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
