Propel Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time or full-time Physical Therapist who is dedicated to professional development and committed to serving others. Our top priority is high quality, compassionate patient care that empowers people and inspires hope. In the age of big box medical, we offer a preferred alternative through individualized and specialized care delivered in a collaborative boutique setting.
We are a private, therapist-owned outpatient practice. Our philosophy is grounded in functional movement principles: treating patients from a biomechanical perspective by identifying and treating the root cause of an issue, not just the symptoms. Our patient population is primarily orthopedic and post-operative. We are experts in motion who treat patients of all ages to reduce pain and improve or restore mobility.
The office has been carefully designed to meet the needs of patients, clinicians and support staff. We make it a priority to maintain a respectful, close-knit and fun work environment. Our team demonstrates care and concern for patients and strives for clinical excellence every day, with every patient.
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- CPR and AED certified
- Proven experience practicing in outpatient settings with a strong understanding of outpatient clinic workflows
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, neurological conditions, and post-surgical orthopedic cases
- Proficiency in managing EHR and EMR systems for documentation and treatment planning
- Ideal candidate has 1-5 years experience, but new grads are encouraged to apply

Pay: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour
