Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping clients make informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Engage in retail sales activities to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist clients with pricing inquiries and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills are essential for managing transactions accurately.
- Experience with product demonstrations is a plus, showcasing your ability to engage customers effectively.
- Supervisory experience is beneficial for those looking to take on leadership responsibilities within the team.
