Primary Charter Sales job functions are quoting and booking charter trips on our charter fleet and outsourcing additional lift when our aircraft are not available.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
5+ years relevant sales experience preferred with prior sales leadership roles (preferred).

The Charter Sales Manager role is ideal for a sales professional who is results-driven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building business by identifying and selling charters via a network as a charter broker and the client’s aircraft under their charter certificate. This position reports to the company owner, requires the ability to work independently, has self-motivation, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills. Occasional travel is required as business dictates.
