Job Summary
The host is the first point of contact for guests. They welcome customers, manage reservations, and coordinate seating while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly attitude
- Manage waitlists and reservations
- Escort guests to their tables
- Provide menus and inform guests about specials
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage table turnover
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized front area
- Handle guest questions and basic complaints professionally
- Work as a team with the rest of staff
- Able to problem solve
Pay: $9.50 - $13.00 per hour
