American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position at a Birmingham, AL hospital, working night shifts with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.

Night shift position, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Med/Surg Oncology unit (5 West)

13-week travel contract

Active AL or Compact RN license, in hand at time of consideration — no hits on license accepted

Current AHA certifications required (American Red Cross not accepted)

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required (AHA only)

Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Oncology RN experience required

Candidate's SSN and DOB required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position

All certifications must be current and not expiring within 30 days of the contract start date
