As a Studio Sales Rep, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors. This position combines hospitality, relationship-building, sales, and operational support in a fast-paced wellness environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build genuine relationships with clients and foster a strong sense of community
- Support studio growth through membership, class package, and retail sales
- Create a welcoming, positive, and supportive environment for all clients
- Confidently engage in sales conversations with prospective members
- Follow up with new leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and other communication channels
- Assist with daily studio operations and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary space
- Attend required team meetings, trainings, and studio events, including quarterly staff meetings and campaign-specific trainings
