Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Member to join our team at The Stone Corral. The Ideal candidates will have experience in food handling, kitchen operations and can work Mornings, Nights, Weekends. This Role will include Dishwashing, Cooking, Prep Cook. If your seeking experience and want to learn and grow knowledge about Cooking or already have experience and want some part time kitchen work then this will be a great opportunity for you.

Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Handle food safely, following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment
- Support food presentation and plating for service
- Ensure all food is stored properly and inventory is managed efficiently
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Experience in food service preferred but not needed
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques
- Skills in food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations
- Culinary experience including knife skills, food presentation, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food industry standards for hygiene and safety
