We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Counter Associate to join our team and assist the manager in our busy dry cleaning business. Hours may vary but may be between the following hours: Monday-Friday 10-6pm Every other Saturday 8-4pm.
Position Details:
- Part-time: 25–34 hours per week
- Experience in dry cleaning or customer service is preferred, but not required
- We are happy to train the right candidate
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Receive and tag garments for cleaning
- Process customer transactions and payments
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Help organize and maintain the front counter area
- Support the manager with daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Professional, courteous, and reliable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
