BETR Neuropsych is hiring a Master’s or Doctoral-level psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or MA/MS in Psychology) to join our assessment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in psychological and/or psychoeducational testing, a strong foundation in clinical interviewing, and a commitment to holistic, strengths-based care. What you'd do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological, psychoeducational, and/or neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment instruments (e.g., cognitive, academic, emotional, behavioral)
- Integrate test results with clinical interviews, background history, and collateral information to develop meaningful, individualized reports
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients, families, and referral sources in both written and verbal formats
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in regular supervision/consultation
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
What you bring
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology or related field (PhD, PsyD, EdS, MA/MS)
- Licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist or psychological associate in [State]
- Foundational training and experience in psychological assessment and test administration
- Strong clinical interviewing skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practice
