Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a strong background in office management. This role involves managing front desk operations, supporting administrative functions, and delivering outstanding customer service to pet owners and visitors.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate patient visits with precision using calendar management tools.

- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email
Candidates should have prior Veterinary office experience with a focus on administrative support and clerical duties. Proficiency with computer literacy including typing skills, data entry accuracy, and familiarity with productivity software is essential. Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse client populations. Previous experience as a Veterinary receptionist roles will be considered an asset; familiarity with medical terminology or veterinary practice management software is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, time management capabilities, and professionalism are required to succeed in this dynamic environment.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
