No prior experience in telecom or sales? No problem! We provide comprehensive, step-by-step training from day one. If you are responsible, eager to learn, and love helping people, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Assist customers with inquiries, guide them through phone activations, and help them choose the best service plans for their needs.
- Sales & Operations: Drive accessory sales and assist with daily store management tasks to keep the retail environment running smoothly.
- Customer Service: Deliver a welcoming, helpful experience to every guest who walks through our doors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $18+/hour for entry-level candidates (higher rates available based on experience).
- Uncapped Commission: Earn additional income on top of your hourly wage.
- Earning Potential: Full-time associates can realistically earn an additional $1,000 to $2,000+ per month in commissions.

- Bilingual English/Korean speakers are highly preferred (but not required).
