Goodwrx is hiring a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our hospitality team!
We are looking for a high-energy mixologist to craft delicious drinks and deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming bar atmosphere, serve beverages quickly, and keep the bar area spotless and organized.
Main Duties:
- Mix and serve: Prepare classic cocktails, signature drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
- Greet guests: Welcome customers warmly, take their orders, and recommend drinks or food pairings.
- Keep bar clean: Sanitize bar counters, wash glassware, wipe down bottles, and keep the work area organized.
- Manage stock: Restock ice, liquor, garnishes, and glassware throughout the shift.
- Handle payments: Take cash and card payments accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Check IDs: Strictly verify legal drinking age and practice responsible alcohol service.
Requirements
- Bartending experience: Prior experience working behind a busy bar or in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Drink knowledge: Strong familiarity with cocktail recipes, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Customer service: Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Speed and accuracy: Ability to multi-task and mix drinks quickly under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
