Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Clinical Operations to lead our healthcare management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical management and healthcare administration, with proven leadership skills in managing clinical services and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. As the Manager of Clinical Operations, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and uphold regulatory standards such as JCAHO accreditation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Supervise clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO standards, to maintain accreditation and quality assurance.
- Develop policies and procedures that support best practices in medical management and healthcare management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and enhance service delivery models.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage resource allocation within clinical departments to maximize efficiency while maintaining high standards of care.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in healthcare management with a focus on medical management and clinical operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including JCAHO accreditation standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in management practices within clinical settings.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate complex operational activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing; advanced degree preferred.
